This is a project dedicated to territory so you can see where you are. There is a map in the project (click the green flag) and detailed text versions below. Sunforge Flock territory (canyon & peaks) 1. The High Spire (Flock camp & High Command roost) • A massive, sunlit stone pillar rising above the canyon floor. • Features deep rock crevices where birds sleep, and a flat top ledge used for High Command announcements and flock debates. 2. The Sun-Crag (Nursery & hatchling roost) • A sheltered, south-facing cliff overhang that stays warm all day. • Lined with woven twigs, soft moss, and shiny trinkets brought by caregivers to keep young Skyborns safe. 3. The Whispering Gorge (Hunting ground) • A deep canyon pass where strong wind updrafts blow prey and smaller birds into predictable flight paths. • Used by Skyhunters and apprentices practicing diving maneuvers. 4. The Clay Pits (Ceremonial site) • A red clay bank near a trickling cliff spring. • Used during warrior ceremonies where new Skyclaws dip their flight feathers in red clay. Nightshadow Flock territory (forest & valley) 1. The Great Hollow (Flock camp & main roost) • An ancient, towering dead oak tree with hundreds of hollowed-out branches and cavities. • Cool, dark, and quiet during the day, serving as the main sleeping grounds for the whole flock. 2. The Moonlit Glade (Herb garden & Skywhisper den) • A quiet, mossy clearing surrounded by thick fern brakes where rare herbs grow under damp shade. • The active Skywhisper keeps medicinal plants tucked safely inside tree-root nooks here. 3. The Valley of Mist (Spiritual ground & High Command site) • A foggy, low-lying gorge shrouded in ancient pine trees and silence. • Used for sacred ceremonies, night vigils, and High Command ascension rituals. 4. The Echoing Pine (Apprentice training ground) • A massive, dense pine tree where apprentices practice soundless flight and stealth attacks among needle-carpeted branches. Neutral & border territory 1. The Fallen Star Crater (Prophecy site) • A scorched clearing where the major star fragments crashed along the border. • Highly contested area filled with strange glowing dust and shattered rock. 2. The Drift-Roost (Solitary haven) • A towering lone sycamore tree on neutral ground where Drift-Wings meet to swap news, shelter from storms, and rest without flock interference.
