→Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is disorder found to affect the brain. It can cause a lot of different problems for the person with it. People with ADHD often are forgetful, hyperactive, impulsive, very restless, hot tempered(sometimes), and distracted easily. They can have problems following through and completing tasks, disorganization, trouble prioritizing problems, poor time management skills, problems focusing on a task(like a chore), trouble multitasking, excessive activity or restlessness, trouble/poor planning, a low frustration tolerance, frequent mood swings, a hot temper, and trouble coping with stress. Many with ADHD also sometimes have anxiety or depression. It can be from genetics, environmental factors, and even problems with the central nervous system at key moments in development. People with ADHD often have lots of complications. Such as things like: Poor school/work performance, unemployment, financial problems, trouble with the law, frequent car accidents or other accidents, unstable relationships, poor physical and mental health, a poor self-image, (Can't say it here) attempts. ━❝My ADHD experience(Combined type)❞━ →I tend to focus on things I love to do. I lose focus on tasks that aren't important for me, such as doing the dishes. I bore super easily and jump from thing to thing a lot. I can be quick to anger at times, depending on mood, weather, time, day, and other things. Sometimes I am bouncing off the walls or I'm chilling in my room. I sometimes can't hear myself think as my mind is racing so fast. At times, I don't even know when I'm moving my body until someone tells me. I often need something in my hand, often a fidget, which lets me focus slightly better. I can talk very fast, sometimes that people can't understand me. I have an irl friend who has undiagnosed ADHD and my mom's told me that she's amazed I can keep up with them when talking because they talk really fast. But when I mask my ADHD, I try to suppress the urges to move, which is very tiring for me.
