This is a better version of the original Driving Simulator - I give all credit to the original Scratcher who made the original. This version features: An automatic gearbox with shift indicator (5 gears, no reverse) An odometer that you can reset (just click on the 'Odometer Reset' sprite to reset the odometer A parking brake How to use the parking brake: To turn it on, click on it. To turn it off, press the Spacebar. The parking brake has the effect of instantaneous braking, which is not possible in the real world. It immediately shifts down to Neutral and stops movement. NOTE: After turning off the parking brake, you will need to disable Cruise Control by clicking on the button 'Cruise Control' if it isn't already coloured green. There's even a fuel gauge that you can see. When it runs out, it immediately shifts to Neutral and stops the car. I failed at adding a functional ignition switch - I'm leaving it up to the Scratcher community to put one in. I've changed the operation of the radio a bit by eliminating the wait x seconds code snippet and adding extra code to stop the radio making music when it is turned off. Without this code the radio would repeat music once when it is turned off. I've added another little funny wav snippet and another song - going to add more in the future. Oh, and one more thing - the extra song is from Family guy, and someone plays the banjo (my fave instrument) in it. Who is that? No prizes for guessing though.
