I hope to get "A Very Minty Hearth's Warming" out for a "Christmas in July" special next year. In the meantime, though, I hope you guys enjoy this little short. :) ~My friend (that I know from school) helped me with some of the lyrics. She is on Scratch. Check her out! ~Here's a fun fact! "Two for the Sky" was the book that StoryBelle told Minty, Pinkie Pie, and Sunny Daze in G3. In SBTT, "Two for the Sky" is StoryBelle's favorite book and the one that inspired her to write her own stories when she was a filly. ~I've always intended that SBTT have some traditional art in it. Clearly, this "short" is mostly traditional art. I drew these pieces with Copic, Sharpie, and Crayola markers and colored pencils, if you're wondering. :) It's certainly different from most of the things I've done before, but this year's whole special schedule has been very strange. ~Know that the shorts/ specials don't take place in any specific continuity in the series. Starlight Glimmer doesn't actually appear in the series until season 2, and of course she's in this short. Also, I referenced several things that actually aren't going to be in the series for a while, but eh, I thought they were funny and relevant. Now you've gotten a little sneak peek at upcoming episodes and ideas, too.
