First project I made on this account was of them. Might draw the rest later, depending on how I'm feeling - 1. Tangerine 2. Scarlet 3. Size reference 4. Original art (2022)
Facts I have so far: - Tangerine's nicknames: "Ryan" is used more than Tangerine's actual name, there was a short period of time where some people called him "Rine" (reen) but it sounded weird so they just morphed it into Ryan. Usually people only call him "Tangerine" as a joke or if they don't know him well. Kinda like the name Danny vs Daniel. Also fish & fishy are cause he looks like a goldfish - Scarlet's nicknames: "Scary" is because she's a little brat and likes to give Ryan heart attacks daily. (also: scarlet, scar, scare, scary) "Letta" is pretty straightforward, and "Lettuce" is just from Letta. Ryan's the only one allowed to call her Letta and she still yells at him for it. The asterisk note thing says Scary is not pronounced "Scarry" btw - Ryan and Scarlet were originally going to get their ears pierced together, but Ryan chickened out because he's scared of needles so he just bought some clip-on earrings at the store afterwards. Scarlet teases him about it all the time - No one knows who/where their parents are?? Like Ryan's been raising Scarlet for as long as anyone in their town can really remember but also they're fine anyways?? He makes money from working at daycare on weekends and they live in walking distance from both of their schools - Scarlet's jacket is based off of a jacket I wore all the time as a kid
