The countries on the right go into 12 o clock at night first (they are ahead in time) and the ones on the left are later. (If you want me to explain in a project just ask!) and there are lists of the correct order online. Bare in mind Santa only visits a country at the 12:00 mark, we can roughly guess where he is but nowadays we can just use satellite data (Scratch doesn't allow this data input, I tried ;) ) The hard parts are syncing up the global time variable so you can just start the project at any given time of the day in any time zone and it will say the same thing, and for this we need to convert and identify time zones ;|
