Vexavious-Onoxeill is the primordial god of the long-running universe in my WIP novel, Celestiala. He is the god of creation, eternity, harmony, and mind. Vexavious isn’t too benevolent, he is more indifferent to mortals unless they have done things that would concern the gods (like achieving immortality). Before Vexavious was nothing but the infinite void of Onox, which has existed since existence was a thing. At a certain point of time, a blinding light appeared in the center of Onox, and from that light emerged Vexavious the Creator. Back then, he was omnipotent and omniscient, he saw everything and controlled everything, so he created the universe, Nulleheim. He filled Nulleheim with the Stars, holders of his light. The Stars are basically real life stars but cooler and better. Anyways, around a million or so years later, (nothing signified time back then, obviously) the largest of all Stars imploded and from inside of it came a massive serpent, longer than Vexavious, into Nulleheim. This serpent was the god of darkness, chaos, deceit, and instability, Abstraktum-Deus. He and Vexavious had a long, long battle, and eventually Vexavious fell dormant. During this time, Deus took control of the universe and created his servants, four armed monstrosities named the Abstractitans, and his own Star to produce them. Eventually, Vexavious woke up and saw Deus behind all of that, and they battled yet another time. Vexavious almost lost, but he regained his will and summoned a beam of light so powerful that many Stars exploded. The remains of the Stars merged into one being, and so was Morpheus, the god of judgment, order and balance formed. Morpheus and Vexavious imprisoned Deus together, along with the help of Achestus and Ghentos, who were created by Vexavious as other gods to inhabit Nulleheim. After that, Vexavious created Eldnar, the central Star. Eldnar was medium-sized, yet it was the Star the gods focused on the most. Of course, there are other very significant Stars, such as Zetanareol, the Star where the greatest tyrants and evils went to be punished for eternity. He also split two of his three bodies to become the equivalents to the sun and moon, Solus and Ikar'Os. The other gods suggested Vexavious that they should create even more gods, and so they did. Vexavious created the four other deities, Kelanuset, god of light, Nher-Arth, god of fire and the underground, Roshar, the god of water and conquest, and lastly Olod'Reinne, the god of nature and wilderness. The gods together formed land and water, and so on… Vexavious usually doesn’t interfere with mortal affairs, and he sends Kelanuset and the Korrsen, twelve angel-like beings made to battle the Abstractitans and keep order inside of Eldnar for that kind of stuff. Vexavious also created various lesser divine beings, not truly gods, but still very powerful. He only directly interferes when something very serious happens, such as Abstractitan generals entering Eldnar or mortals going beyond themeselves and becoming gods. (Like a certain tyrant king, oh wait I’m spoiling the book) But the story doesn’t end here. Eons after Eldnar’s creation, when Eldnar became filled with advanced civilizations, Deus broke free thanks to his most powerful generals gathering enough influence. He had one last battle with Vexavious, with his army of Abstractitans behind him. Mortals and gods alike joined the war, and eventually, Deus was struck down by Vexavious. …not. Deus had one final trick, transferring his soul inside of Vexavious’s body to corrupt him. No other being is powerful enough to do such a thing, because of, well, it’s impossibility. And Deus’s trick worked, as Vexavious became Zor’Thaugorth, the mixture of the two most powerful beings of all. Scarred after defeating Deus’s army, the gods and many mortals didn’t stand a chance against Zor’Thaugorth, as he killed all the other gods in a single onslaught. He destroyed almost every nation on Eldnar, revived the most powerful evils defeated in the past, and made the Dark Legion, his version of the Abstractitans. He made four extra powerful beings of darkness to act as his commanders, one of whom who betrayed Zor’Thaugorth and became one of four heroes to purge all darkness with the help of the last living immortal, who was imprisoned in Zetanareol eons ago. After a battle that spanned centuries, Zor’Thaugorth’s darkness was purged, and Deus’s essence truly died. Vexavious returned to his true state, and he fixed all things destroyed. Yeah that’s it.
