Yes it’s the little green engine you know- but with a bit of my style to it! :-) (here’s a little backstory of Percy!: Percy is a 0-4-0 saddle tank engine (0-4-0ST) and my design is based off the railways series version— often seen similar as GWR 1340 Trojan as to his smoke box and boiler!— although albeit the model being a bit longer.)
