lodestonekit’s detailed personality - rambles lodestonekit is able to win over other cats easily, and through his naturally manipulative nature often twists words and opinions in his favour (thus their obsession with wordplay and riddles). ey often spin tales simply to gain an advantage, and seemingly trustworthy and very persuasive, xey quickly gather cats to their side in an argument. they’re not afraid to lie, especially if it benefits themself. lo is also very observant, picking up things with the sharpest of ears. extremely useful for if you need to use it against them later… xey’re an expert of listening even when they think nothing will happen, and ey know the that even stories sprout from truths. they keep track of other cat’s dislikes and likes, relationships and most importantly, secrets. it’s difficult to earn lodestone’s trust, but once you gain it, you have it forever. he will be eternally bound to you, and treats you as more than a friend; not a pawn for him to sacrifice on their chessboard, but a valuable piece who xey can communicate, plan and confide in, someone they’d give eir own life for. he is able to see other’s perspectives very well, but doesn’t necessarily use this for the good of others. once he sees their emotions, they can twist them, burn them, and use them. he knows how to make others hurt, how to make them feel like they’ve won. xey know their biggest aspirations and their worst nightmares, and this turns him into a terrifying cat hidden behind a placid smile. lo loves being underestimated. he pretends to be weak, knowing that though xey’ve lost the battle, ey will win the war. they trust their mind and their instincts, and eir heart is hardened like steel. each move is carefully planned out - a misstep or fumble? it’s either prepared, a feint of sorts, or will be turned into an advantage. oddity prefers to forge his own path rather than going with the others, and enjoys well thought out, complicated plans that keep his enemies on high alert. always one — or more — step ahead, they do still understand that spontaneity is often important too. he’s prone to random bursts where they change their plans or strategy, simply to throw the enemy off guard - a true mastermind’s tactics. while quite observant, this nature can often become slightly obsessive or lead to overthinking. he puzzles over the smallest of actions that likely mean nothing, thinking up strange reasons and possibilities, most of which are quite unreasonable. this makes them easily jump to conclusions, and although with his enemies and battle they are often accurate, his experience in personal relationships seems to be far more lacking.
