I will follow anyone who has 0-1 followers (or in a new scratcher rank), but I don't do f4f. I will check out any project with less than 5 loves or less than 20 views, love them but I won't favorite. Just comment me your project link or just ask for follow if you met the requirements. Please don't follow me though, I don't want you to have a mess in your "What's Happening" box. But I won't stop you if you want to support new scratchers with me.
