One day, a cube named Jeremy found a suspicious-looking rock sticking out of the ground. He pulled it out of the ground, and, seeing how arcane it looked, took it to the elder of his village, Pythagoras the Wise. Pythagoras determined that the sword was in fact the Interfector Formae Divinae, the prophecied sword with the power to slay any demon. Pythagoras warned Jeremy to watch out for any suspicious shapes around, because the sword was supposed to have an ancient guardian. The next day, Jeremy was minding his own business as he trained for a track meet. Suddenly, he heard someone yelling an ancient language from behind him. Jeremy drew his blade and challenged the attacker.
