I decided to ride him bareback because he doesn't have a fitted saddle yet. I used Northern Pines Equine Shoppe's fall collection bareback pad and new fluffy halter, it should release september 1st if anyone wants a ping! There was a very interesting leaf on the ground, and he felt the need to inspect it. I pulled his head back up and we continued trotting. He was amazing the rest of the ride, but loves to look at leaves- he even tries to eat them!
