The Medium Surface to Orbit Logistical System(MSOLS) or the "Pegasus" as it's commonly referred to, is a proposed medium sized spacecraft proposed and being developed by XISA along with JRSEP. It is currently being developed as competition to the CIRSEI's Orbital Flea concept, it would be larger and more capable than its counterpart with a huge emphasis on being capable of carrying larger modules for something like a... Theoretical space station ;) which is why it possesses capacity for a potential relatively small, manned module, although real studies into a manned variant have been postponed a little, XISA has published some concepts. Stats: Diameter: 20ft, Main Booster Height: 200ft Second Stage Height: 120ftft Peak Altitude: 500km Projected Cost Per Unit: 79mil USD Projected Program Cost: 2.1B USD Launch Cost: 65mil USD
lowk could've done better ngl, anyways, this is a concept, I can redo it for the tech demo or the second iteration.
