Hey guys it's me soul :) (Sorry the description is a bit chaotic ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ The poem ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ All it took was a clement breeze to sway you away As you pirouette, then down again, quite the enchantress that you are I gazed into your ocean blue, the sensation of your serenity and your addictive redolence chaining me in captivity Or maybe it was the manipulation, somehow effortless, it seemed, to walk away Yet I couldn’t fall back into the ordinary, betraying a château so august as you Frightening was a world without your power flowing through me Colossal were the opportunities to discover, limited were my capabilities to see The dew of resentment streamed a waterfall down my eyes As I walked away, without rationality, yet without the motive to hurt Because I had great things to do and lovely places to be, And that’s the greatest tragedy in all of history. ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡About the Poem ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡ This poem is an original piece written by me . Loosing your power. The poem is about letting go of something beautiful that had a powerful hold of something. This something could be a person , a place, a phase of life and ambition or even an experience. ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡ Core Meaning˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡ The painful realization that something can be beautiful, comforting, and deeply meaningful—and still not be where you are meant to remain. And honestly, the most interesting part is that you don't make the speaker angry at the thing they're leaving. There's gratitude, resentment, fear, admiration, and acceptance all at once. It feels like the speaker is saying: “I didn't leave because you weren't beautiful.
