Backstory: after sonic 2, Eggman had one last trick up his sleeve, he blew up Tails’ tornado, and severely injured both tails and sonic. Sadly, tails was presumed… and sonic made a promise to himself. To NEVER hold back against ANYBODY ever again. And he works alone. And sonic 3,4(both episodes), etc are very different from Normal. ESPECIALLY Sonic Prime, which is canon. SEGA said it was. And sonic prime is after sonic advance 2 or 3 or something. Losing motivation tbh..
