After a review by the Neunseitenlande ICC and the ICC office in Neuvellon, the International Criminal Court of Rheia has found former Emergency Secretary Catlaf Hanbal and the former PMCs, the KK and the KA, guilty of crimes against the Statute. According to the Document containing the Charges, Hanbal and the chairmen of the KK and KA, Warith Shabab and Pritvi Mayul, have been charged with genocide and conspiracy to commit genocide, among other crimes under Articles 6, 7, and 8 of the Statute. Additionally, the ICC has found the current ruler of Karkia, Luka Giorgi, guilty as a co-perpetrator of numerous crimes, including the deliberate targeting of felinitarian aid personnel, foreign diplomatic personnel, civilian noncombatants, torture of political prisoners, and deliberate withholding of felinitarian aid supplies. As a result, arrest warrants have been issued for all four men, with Hanbal already in custody. Shabab and Mayul were last seen in the Vangan RSN and remain at large. States under the Rome Statute and those involved with Interpol must cooperate with these warrants.
