Blue Archive is a gacha game about students in an academy city called Kivotos. A couple of strange events happened and they all strive to uphold their own ideals and struggles, with us, Sensei, the protagonist, helping every single one of them in the process. I don't get it, what does Striker and Special mean? What are Explosive and Piercing supposed to do? That's the combat system of the game. You are given 4 students in the Striker slot and 2 students in the Special slot. Striker students actively fight in the field, while Special students are helping out at the back. To ease the differentiation, Strikers have HP and can retreat, while Specials don't. Every single student has an EX skill which plays into their role, either a Dealer, Tank, Support, Healer or Tactical Support. There are also 4 damage types in this game, which are Explosive, Piercing, Mystic and Sonic. Though if I were to get in depth of the gameplay, I believe I'd lose my audience (heck some of you might not even be reading these lol) so let's move on! Why do you like Blue Archive? The gameplay is fun! I'm surprised because most gachas don't really have great gameplay, but I'm glad Blue Archive is the outlier here! The story is also amazing and beautiful. I really love the themes in this game. The cast is super memorable and I love them all. There are times where some questionable things happen, which are my only faults with the game. But the charm overlooks the faults (also I'm gay so I have an excuse to bail myself out of trouble lol) Who is your favorite Blue Archive character? Aris!! She was one of the few BA characters I knew before I got into the franchise. Though aside from Aris, I really love Yuuka and Hoshino. Yuuka was the first character that had an impression on me when I first started the game, while Hoshino is just really funny and her character arc in V1C3 was so well done and it made me love her more. The characters shown in this project is all actually in ranking of my top 10 favorite students in order! (Funnily enough most of them are from Millennium because that school is GOATED) Though I'm a bit sad I couldn't include all my favorite students like Natsu and Seia but hey it is what it is :pensive: (also the reason why i havent made a limbus themed app yet I DONT WANT TO SACRIFICE 2 SINNERS FOR TEN SLOTS I LOVE THEM ALL THEY'RE ALL IDIOTS) UPDATE: Hare is now my 6th favorite BA character, not my 8th text version: I'm gonna be so fr I initially planned the music to be JUST connected sky and now I have 4 (the one i wanted to play got scrapped i'm crying). but BA soundtrack is soo good (especially RE Aoharu and Midnight Trip, they're my favorites!)
