Main Stuff: The Cosmic Order is a group of 9 secretive people who rule what remains of the Multiverse Octum, they lost all universe hopping tech and have no reason to try to remake it, and they have reformed into an intergalactic group rather than a multiverseal one, ruling galaxies and star systems in change for universes, instead of using real names they use code names. Time Line Stuff: In an alternate timeline right before the Octum reached a multiverse level, a massive war erupted between the 8 nations that make up the empire, then an underground organization rebuilt the empire into the cosmic order destroying all prototype portals and started expanding the empire's economy to build it to what it is now, with larger fleets, more stations, ect. They never tried to go multiversal again because they feared that it would only serve to break them up again. Code Names (From left to right): 1. The Globe 2. The Piece 3. The Crown 4. The Star 5. The Octagon (The Big Boss) 6. The Eye 7. The Gem 8. The Sword 9. The Clock
