With everything that has happened within the DW community within these past few months, there has been loads of controversy, drama and general harassment within certain parts of the dw community. Can we normalize having opinions and not being jumped for said opinions? this is besides the point, let me get straight to the point. I'm not here to say that you CANT support Qwel, i'm not here to convince you to hate on her I'm merely stating my own opinion, do NOT attack me, your comment WILL be deleted upon being seen. I want you to consider the fact that Qwel has already had controversy surrounding her before this big drama had even occurred. Now considering this is scratch, I do not advise looking it up unless you wish to be exposed to a lot of content not catered towards young kids, but I am not responsible for anyone aside from myself. Qwelver has made a multitude of,,,, rather short and vague,,, statements regarding any of the drama occurring these past few months. My friends and I were once loyal players and fans to this game, but there was a time where me and one specific friend were extremely,,, neutral,,, and not wishing to support qwel due to a whole thing i'm not getting into because this is scratch. Okay I've rambled enough. I'm gonna say it straight up; I do not support qwel, if you see me posting dw content it is NOT to be taken as I support Blushcrunch Studios or Qwelver herself. Some of you may be asking, how will this affect Ichor Observation? To that I say, right now I don't know what I'm going to do with I.O. There's been a lot of shady activity between Qwel and her team, plus there's the fact that she drops an update to try and lure her fans back, while some do not believe this, it can be seen as manipulative. Plus she only listened to the fandom when her income is in danger. Her responses regarding the situation and drama are also,,, pretty lackluster, while some may argue that it's because her and her team could be dealing with legal issues it's still extremely vague, and I hate to bring up other creators/devs but I'm sorry this has to be said; Zeal (Creator/Main dev of Pressure) handled his allegations seriously, took the time to make a LONG evidence-filled statement, disproving the allegations that were against him, while Qwel gives us lackluster, short, AI-sounding, and manipulative/guilt-tripping statements, to me it doesn't seem like Qwelver is taking anything seriously, and all she seems to care about is that she still gets money, she stepped away, not down, anyone who says she doesn't get profit is lying to you. This goes to say, you shouldn't go harassing anyone who plays the game or even supports Qwel, I'm very against that type of behaviour/behavior. Questions that may pop up 1 - Will you continue to post DW-related content, or about IO? A: I can't say for certain when it comes to Ichor Observation at the moment, but as for DW itself probably extremely rarely, it was a comfort game for me, yes but it is also extremely stale and I feel as if certain character/toon choices could've been better. 2 - but you have ''dni qwel supporters'' in your bio!! What's that about?? A: This is purely because I would prefer not to interact with these individuals mostly, but as long as you don't actively harass me or persuade me to support her, you may interact with caution. 3 - What will happen with your DW ocs or kinsonas?? A: They will remain in the fandom unless I decide to retire them, or move them to a different fandom. They will not be deleted completely, I adore some of their designs.
