Looks kinda bad with the wings, So I'll either place them in a better spot, or just remove them in general, other than that, Here's Avarage's new sword design
(Its a image btw) The blue Sakura flower, might be re-designed, for it's the central power core of the sword, giving it the glow and wings effect
