"Miya-san, Miya-san" (Ton'yare Bushi) was a Imperial march written in 1868 to bolster the Satchōdo (pro-emperor) forces during the Boshin War, which was fought by the Satchōdo alliance against the Tokugawa Shogunate (ruling government of Japan). The song gained popularity as the first modern march made in Japan.
Disclaimer! : This project does not promote any type of extremism in any way or form. The maps are simply a progression of Japan's territory over the late 1800s and early 1900s. This is not to discriminate or hurt anyone or a group. Please have caution as this time period has very unfriendly things (NOT the project). Thank you for understanding. Song is not mine, obviously
