So I'm kinda swamped project wise so I don't have the time to animate anything but I shall talk in here. (reminder these are all personal opinions) 1. Your rig, while simple, is bad for animation, so I updated it, with joints built in, so the arms and legs will stay the same length. 2. I would recommend keeping angles of your speakers along with any other needed assets, like head angles, built into 1 costume. I included blanks rig in there as an example. 3. Stickmen are actually insanely good for perspective, as they are so simple and made out of lines. Use that to your advantage. 4. Animation skill comes with time, so don't be frustrated when you aren't good immediately. General animation tips: 1. I noticed that you aren't using enough frames, while also keeping everything equal distance when moving limbs. This makes the animation look fast, choppy, and robotic. To fix this, try to use a few more frames, also use ease in and out. To understand ease in and out, try moving your arm up and down while its fully extended, it doesn't get up to max speed immediately, it also doesn't stop abruptly. Apply this to your animations and they'll look better in no time. 2. Your posing is rather stiff. When using body language, its not usually just the arms moving, but the entire body sways in correlation with the arms or legs. 3. Those speakers are probably rather heavy, so if you show the speakers having an effect on how he moves, or the speakers dragging a few frames behind like they're on a spring. It'll probably look a lot more realistic I included a lazy test animation that applied some of the talked about tips.
