[this takes place before she went to Kal Asterock] Rayvven couldn't get the moment out of her mind. {I'm sorry to tell you this, but your girlfriend has cancer.} Words that she just had stuck in her mind for hours and hours. There hadn't been any good news for a long time, and Lillia hadn't been getting any better since the time she nearly lost her life a week prior. Rayvven was unable to stop thinking about it. If her girlfriend, the person who got her through everything difficult in her life, would be gone forever. She paced back and forth in her bedroom, small vines coming from her hands. Her parents walked in, saying that Lillia was getting worse, and her final breath might be soon. Ray couldn't handle it. Her heart was pounding; hands were shaking uncontrolably. Her family quickly took her to the hospital to check on Lillia. She walked in, keeping her emotions deep inside. She had to stay strong, her favorite person in the world was dying. That last convorsation was something Rayvven will remember for the rest of her life. If she could describe that moment in one word, it would be meaningful, because it felt like the old times. when Lillia wasn't sick. when they used to go off campus during school to just talk forever. when Ray didn't have to worry so much about losing her girlfriend forever. Lillia looked fine when she saw her, and Rayvven thought she might actually beat her illness. That final {I love you} to each other, was the last thing Rayvven ever heard her say. That final hug and kiss, was the last time the girls ever touched each other. When Rayvven walked out that door and looked back, was the last time she'd ever see her girlfriends beautiful face. She went home, holding the bracelet Lillia had given her, and tried to fall asleep for over 5 hours, she just couldn't, until she finally did. She opened her eyes, bright and early the next day. Her parents had to take her little sister to a friends house, so they weren't home. Her house always got a whole bunch of mail every morning, so she decided to go see what they had today. There was a letter, adressed to her, from Lillia's family. Already scared enough, she opened the letter immediatly, and read it out to herself. Dear Rayvven, We are very sorry to say this, but there was a code blue called to Lillias room last night, The doctors tried their very best, but she unfortunately didn't make it.- Rayvven stopped there. She couldn't read anymore, she just couldn't. All the nightmares of her girlfriend gone, came true. This was real, but she couldn't believe it. She had to pinch herself multiple times, until it finally hit her. The person who got her through all the difficult times at school, the only person who stood up for her when people bullied her, and not just her girlfriend, her very best friend for years, was gone. gone for good. She couldn't help but feel like it was all her fault. Like she was the cause of her cancer, even though she wasn't. She went inside, and screamed multiple times, {I'd rather it be me} Ray's thoughts were scrambled in her head. Her tama began to take over her. She just couldn't handle this whatsoever. and she had no idea how she was going to survive without her closest friend, and the person she wanted to grow old with.
