I feel like this needs SOMEWHAT of a tw, it mentions being manipulated by a parental figure and addiction. the song is Dr. Gaster by Shadrow! --- Back when Gardenview was still open, Rodger and Bullet had always had their mutual crush. they were simply too scared to confess to each other and they never got together. BUT!!!! they were good friends! Bullet had an interesting relationship with Arthur, however. Bullet looked up to him as if he were his father, and wanted to do ANYTHING Arthur wanted to make him proud. what did Arthur want, you may ask? For Bullet to be the perfect villain. Bullet, however, didn't really like being a villain that much. he didn't think much of it though... he had to commit to his role to make him happy. he wanted Arthur to be happy. Arthur doesn't really see the toons as "people" though. he only sees them as a living version of their cartoon counterparts, and wants them to ONLY fit into their role. Bullet is a prime example of a toon not wanting to fit their role. Arthur used to guilt trip him to act more like his role, not caring that he wasn't very fond of it. (Arthur wasn't doing this out of malice though, but it still isn't good.) Despite him being the main antagonist of the Dandy's World TV show, he HATES the role he was given. he despises how Arthur wrote him, and tries desperately to change himself for the better, though he struggles to fight against the way he was written. he also has an addiction to Poppy Pop, which he picked up from Arthur, he usually drinks when he's extremely stressed. he's worried that he isn't a good father to Waxwell, as his experience with Arthur, who treated him like a son, ableit somewhat poorly, makes him worry he's repeating the cycle of manipulation/abuse. their lore tape transcript,,, I'll animate this soon teehuee [security tape transcript (M-006 / Arthur Walton)] [M-006]: "Arthur? you... said you wanted to talk with me?"
