The Type-1 Gunboat is a class of ships produced by various small shipyards across Kefeon's various realms. It is probably the most widespread design among the Lords of Kefeon due to it's cheapness, versatility and small size allowing it to be produced and fielded almost anywhere and still work effectively, or as effectively as such a small craft can. The Type-1 Gunboat has two rapid-fire point-defence turrets on it's top and bottom, these guns are primarily for shooting down missiles or fightercraft though could be used against lightly-armoured targets if needed. There are two turrets on the sides of the ship. These turrets are elevated and feature two (NOT RAIL)guns. These are the primary close-range weapon of the ship and, despite their severe range limits compared to say railguns or lasers, are still strong and do not wear down as much as a railgun so less maintenance. The Type-1 Gunboat also features room for a small amount of medium/close range anti-ship missiles that are launched from the inlets on the "wings". a variant of the design replaced the main guns with more room for missiles, this variant is far less common though.
