«Exploration of Iraqi oil» -Aiding Iraq in their re-construction, wars, operations and pirates had taken a toll on our economy, so we decided to begin exploring oil in Iraq. New oil rigs were built across Iraq, with this new profit, we could re-consruct Baghdad faster and improve both of our nations. We poured in 10 billion USD into the construction of new oil rigs in Baghdad. «New military recruitments» -Our military had stayed at an estimated 480,000 troops for a long time, and we now wanted to reach a total of 600,000 troops by the end of 2035. Since most of the Arab Iraqi population (that remained after the war) had stayed in our Iraqi Islamic Republic, we decided to look for volunteers from their population. The new recruits would recieve free housing for themselves aswell as discounts on future house purchases in the reconstructed Baghdad. They would recieve free clothing and food while they were officially part of the military. This could encourage many Iraqis to join the military considering their current situation as of now. To grant the Iraqis in the Saudi military more autonomy, they would have their own elected military chief, who could command the Iraqi sub-military, but still recieve and accept orders from the Saudi Military chief. Some restrictions on military size would be set on the Iraqi sub-military, such as the restriction of over 300,000 troops in the Iraqi sub-military, to avoid it exceeding the main Saudi Arabian one. «Exploration of THAAD systems» -We had cooperated with the US on the installation of THAAD systems in Saudi Arabia back in 2017, those old THAAD systems had been laying in our nation for a while now. We began studying these THAAD systems in our universities, like how they worked and what materials are needed to make them. We wanted to learn about the THAAD system and begin production of more of these in our nation, hoping to produce these systems to increase our defensive capabilities. We aren't officially pointing out that we feel threatened by someone. If the THAAD studying is successful, we would begin installing these systems around Makkah and Madinah, and later, Riyadh, Jeddah and Baghdad.
