the M-64 Air to Earth missile is being tested in [REDACTED] location. It can devastate a kilometer wide five-kilometer-wide area, and the radiation caused by it is in itself enough to qualify as a MWD. Only around 15 of these are in existence with production set to have 5 more made by the end of this week (not real life week lol it should take a day maybe two). Only for use of the Scratch Federation, but once a stockpile of around 60 is built up twenty will be divided into equal amounts to share with STO member countries.
