Isn't he just precious. he's the water starter for my alaska region--Flotter(Flow, flopper, otter) This unusual creature is part fish, part mammal, which puts it in a unique ecological position. Is used to be called 'Protter' as it was a 'praying otter' in the old tongue, but it's name has been changed as the researchers who brought it back from extinction learn more about it. It has a favorite rock it uses to break open clams and stores it in spacious armpit pockets. Flotters have been known to store large amounts of things it finds interesting. An old rumor is that you could find pearls in it's armpit pockets, hence why they were hunted to extinction.
