PROLOGUE - - - “Ugh..” “Ughh…” Wendy slightly opened her eyes, and looked around the bloody, metal room. “Where…am I?” She asked, trembling with fear. She tried moving her arms, but something was pressing against them, so she tried moving her legs. Something was pressing against them too. Something…cold. “Oh… you’re awake.” A voice mumbled. It sounded soft, yet eerie. All Wendy could guarantee was that it was a girl’s voice. “Who are you? And where am I?” Wendy exclaimed, really hoping for an answer this time. “Hello..Wendy.” The shadow turned around, a girl with long, black hair, and yellow headband, a yellow shirt, and green trousers grinned at her. It was.. Leslie. “Hold on…Leslie? Aren’t you dead?” Wendy asked, struggling to move her arms again. She squirmed like a worm on a hot pavement, but she still couldn’t move her arms and legs. “There’s no use,” Leslie explained. “Your arms and legs are chained, so you can’t move. You could’ve still moved your head to look at the obvious, Wendy.” Wendy tried to move again, but nothing was working, even wiggling her legs, thinking that the chains would fall off didn’t work. “Don’t worry, Wendy!! I’ll keep you safe, and I promise I won’t hurt you. I’ve changed, you know..” Leslie smiled, and unchained Wendy’s arms and legs. She held her in place so she wouldn’t escape, and gave her a chair to sit on and some fruit to eat. “Just stay here,” She assured. “I need to do something real quick.”
