[ Please don’t report, this project is meant to spread positivity, not negativity. ] Dear whoever needs to hear this, I don't know who you are, or what you’re going through. Well, maybe I do. Maybe we’ve seen each other on Scratch before. But I don’t really KNOW you, you know? Here’s what I do know: I do know you might be overcoming struggles. There is a lot going on in the world. So many posts online telling everyone that climate change is irreversible, that the world will end, that the Earth will turn into Dystopia. So many things happening with wars, politics, AI stealing jobs, and more. Not to mention, things happening with YOU, personally. You may be overcoming struggles and hardships. It can all seem scary. And… it is. You don’t have to put on a brave face. Okay, that’s what I know. And here’s what you need to know: - You are loved. - You have overcome ever trial that has come your way. How is this one any different? - You have never needed to put on a fake smile, but you may have chose to. You can always stop now. There is someone who will listen. - Maybe you feel like no one will listen. Maybe you feel like your family won’t listen. Maybe you feel like they’re not really family at all. Maybe you have no family left. Maybe you feel like your friends won’t listen. Maybe you feel your friends don’t care. Maybe you feel like they’re not friends to you at all. Maybe you are struggling to find friends. Either way, there is always some one who listens. A stranger, a friend, a family member, whoever. - There is always some one who cares. - There is always some one who thinks about you. - Even if you feel like you’re alone, you’re not. - Maybe you feel like you’re the only one who is hurting inside. That’s not true. Everyone is going through struggles, one step at a time. We’re all in this together. - You don’t need a fake face or a fake personality to cover up your struggles. Just be yourself. - The last thing I want you to know: - I love you. - That’s right. I love you. I care about you. I think you’re an amazing person, and I think your struggles don’t make you weak. I love all of you. Not just who you show to be. I love every part of you. No, I don’t mean the weird way. I mean that if you need a friend, I’m here. Maybe we’ve never met. And that doesn’t change the fact the everyone needs a friend. Also, don’t think I made this because I’m perfect and I want to help the imperfect. I’m not perfect. Not one bit. I’m dealing with my one insecurities, problems, struggles, and hardships. And maybe you are too. The important thing is that I am not perfect. And neither are you. Or anyone on this Earth. No one is perfect. Do you know that one girl in school who seems to have everything figured out? You might know who I’m talking about. Or you don’t. But the important thing is that she isn’t perfect either. We all make mistakes, and we all go through different things. Is there someone who bullies you? Maybe because they think you’re weird, cringe, or whatever. That bully? Not perfect. Does that bully have everything go their way? Nope. Because we’re all in this together. Maybe people should start seeing the broken in others, rather than the person that others think they are. Because everyone needs a friend. Everyone needs someone to help. Everyone needs someone to simply ask, “Are you okay?” Are you okay? See, I did it just now. No, but seriously, are you okay? You don’t need to put on a brave face and say “I’m fine.” I’m genuinely asking, are you okay? You don’t need to tell me what’s happening. I understand. That’s personal. I respect your privacy. But are you okay? Maybe you don’t want to talk about it. And that’s fine. Again, I respect your privacy. I’m not asking you to tell me anything you don’t want to tell me. But it’s fine to be honest and say that you are not okay. It’s fine to have a cry. It’s fine to take some time to yourself. Whatever you need. In conclusion, the noise of the world can be scary. Or sad. Or angering. Or however you take it. Just know that there is always someone to help you. You’re doing great. Sincerely, your pal, Reindeer. ♡ P.S. Or maybe you don’t think of me as a pal. Maybe to you I’m just some rando on the internet. Maybe you think I’m just some nerdy gal who is attempting to cheer you up. And that’s fine. After all, I don’t know who you are, or what you’re going through. :)
