[Japan, Tokyo] chapter one: school. "Ugh, another day of school. Which means another day of suffering" Amera said. "Ill just hurry up and get ready now..." Footsteps. *door creeks* "Hey, Amera! Are you ready for school?" [_____] said, "AHH! God, Julie. You scared me." Amera said, "Sorry, heh" Julie said. Amera said, "Yeah, I'm almost done getting ready,," "What about you?" Julie said, "YUPPPPPP!!!!!!! I LOVE SCHOOL! HEHE" Julie said. Amera said "how can you love school? Its so boring and insufferable." Julie said, "I just do!!" Amera sighs. Amera grabs her backpack. Julie and Amera walk to school. *door creeks* Teacher: こんいちわあめらあんdじゅぃえ! How are you today on this fine day? "Im okay." "IM GOOD!" "how about you? " im good, thanks for asking me!" "Its no worries" *walking* *kids laughing* "ugh, what do you want jackson" "I want your lunch money!" "Whatever..." *rummaging through her wallet* "Here" *money crumples in Jackson's hand as he snatches it* "Thanks, loser! Bye and have a horrible day!!!" Wait never mind she's in class." *walking* "Im here!" *bell rings* "Go ahead and take a seat, amera" *bell rings* "Alright everyone! Time to go home, have a great day." "ありがと, teacher." Night *sleeping* Next day *yawn* *alarm goes off* "God, I dont want to get up..." As Amera sits up slowly, the alarm goes off again, flashing "7:00 AM" She glances at it and slams the off button. "I guess I have to get ready." She stands up slowly and walks to the curtains. As Amera pulls the curtains open slow but fast, A gleam of sunlight shines at her. She sees her reflection in the window as the sunlight is still gleaming toward her. "I guess today won't be too bad, especially since its friday." Like usual, she eats breakfast, and finishes at 7:15. She then goes to the bathroom, combs her hair and brushes her teeth. 7:40 "its already been forty minutes?! Are you kidding me... I took 25 minutes getting ready!" *sigh* "Well, the bus gets here in ten minutes. Let me pack my backpack" As she rushes around the room, now spiraling because its 7:48, her hair gets all tangled again. "Ugh, stupid hair!" *paper ruffles* 7:49. "Shoot!" She rushes to the bathroom and grabs her hairbrush. 7:50 "damn it! I dont have time." She shoves her hairbrush into her backpack and rushes outside. Just as she locks the door, the bus arrives. Flashing red lights on the bus go "NEXT STOP: SILVER BLUE MIDDLE SCHOOL" As she practically runs on the bus, her friend Julie rushes up to her and grabs her hand. Julie drags her to the back seat where her backpack is resting in the middle seat. "Amera! Im so glad your here! I thought you would be late!" "I thought I would be late, heh" "Well I'm glad you aren't hehe!!!!" "How are you so bright and bubbly on the bus, it smells like someone just pooped!" "What do you even mean, It smells like mint!" "Sure, julie..." Amera says. She smiles to herself and mumbles, "maybe today will be good" School "YAY! WERE HERE!!!!" "Finally, took long enough." 8:01. Footsteps. "Jackson, what do you want now?" "Im just here to make you miserable as I saw you smiling on the bus!" Jackson gives her a shove. "Wait, theres a puddle!" Thud. "Oh, I messed up big time..." Amera heard faintly from Jackson. Her vision went black.
"AMERA! PLEASE WAKE UP!" Amera heard a faint voice, echoing in and out. "O-ow..." Amera replied in pain "Y-YOURE AWAKE!" Julie yelled "OW! M-my ear... God Julie, learn to t-talk softer when someone's injured." Amera replied with a weak voice "S-sorry!" Julie said with tears in her eyes "Why are you crying?" Amera said Julie replied back with "your finally awake! You've been knocked out for HOURS..." Amera just shot back a grateful smile as she looked around her to see her surroundings. "Hospital. The bed, gown, nurses." She thought to herself "OW!" Amera yelled out. "MY CHEST!" she started gasping for breath. The machines went crazy. BEEP, BEEP. They started moving around hectic She touched her head. "Blood." She murmured. "DOCTOR! GET THE DOCTOR!* Her eyes rolled back, slowly. She started slowly falling onto the bed, still gasping for breath. The doctors started running in. FAST. " SHOOT, GET HER UNDEER CONTROL, FAST!" the head nurse, Luciana yelled. Gasps from people walking by Amera's room were so loud you could hear them from the back of the room. Chapter 2 "learning from mistakes" Heavy gasps for breath, as her vision returned. A sigh of relief can be heard from the side. *huff, huff* "I cant.. Breathe.." "Shhh, take it slow, ame-chan" Ameras thoughts- Huh? I havent heard that name. in. years.. It couldn't be julie. It sounded too much like suki. -back to reality "are you ok my ame-chan? oh please be ok..." "Mama... Suki?" "AH! YOUR OK! MY BABY. IVE MISSED YOU. Of course its すき. Who else would it be?" Suki said softly as she kissed あめ's cheek. "I missed you mama" Amera said. Footsteps...? Amera saw a glimpse of a shadow carrying flowers. The door creeked open, and amera saw a familiar shadow and face. "no, no, no, no, no, no, NO!" *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Noise. Panic began to rise for Amera. She start to breathe heavily. "Im sorry amera, I brought you flo-" "NO!" Amera cried as she closed her eyes and put her hand out to stop him. "Dont worry I won't hurt you, I promise. Im sorry" "Just leave the flowers with me and get out, jackson" julie said, with a soft voice where you can hear her anger under her breath Jackson replied sarcastically, "sure!" And threw the flowers are Julies face Julie yelled, now face red "GET OUT!" Jackson laughed. Amera finally looked back at him, and saw a single teardrop falling from his eyes. Jackson left, now crying but they cant see. He laughed outside and Julie, as usual, just thought we was crazy rude. ----*-----*-----*-----*---- Amera and Julie were talking for a long while. Suki finally emerged from her sleep. "What happened while I was asleep?" Suki said sleepily "Ah, suki! Good morning mama." Amera replied with joy "Nothing really, asides that Jackson came and ruined the vibe. What a pity." "Who's jackson?" Suki replied with confusion In her voice "The guy who caused Amera to be like this..." Julie said angrily but with a soft, calm undertone "oh HELL no! IM NOT LETTING THAT BOY GO." *Rustling through her bag* *Pulls out a pckt knf* "NO NO NO THATS WAYY TOO FAR AUNT SUKI" Julie yelled silently Suki dashed out, hiding it while ignoring Julies warning. ---*---*---*---*-- Jackson was now visibly crying and shaking next to his car. Suki sprinted out, now holding the knf, looking for Jackson "Oh jackson~ where are you? I just wanna talk!" Suki said laughing out loud to herself Jackson spotted the knf and ran. "Flip, flip, FLIP! THE DOOR ISNT OPENING!" He said quietly. Running. Footsteps, quietly and quickly. Swiftly, even. He could see a shadow- "NO!" Jackson yelled. "さよなら!" "HELP!" Jackson yelled quickly, but everyone left, as it was already the evening since suki woke up during the later afternoon, with the blazing sun shining down at her. it all went... silent. Footsteps, but less quiet now.
