Lionpelt was a curious little kit, who loved his mother and father. His mother, Crowwing, taught him to be a caring cat, and his father, Scarface, taught him to be a feisty cat. When his clan clashed into battle, he was so impressed of how his father fought so well in battle and his mother protected her son. He trained hard as an apprentice to be like his parents. As he grew older, he planned to be with his parents until they died from being an elder, but his parents died soon before he even became a warrior. During a patrol, his father got killed by a wolf, and his mother died from greencough. Lionpaw cried for days; not accepting food, never leaving his den, until Oceanpaw; Oceaneye to this day, stepped into his life. The caring, sweet kit encouraged him to come outdoors, and get to being a warrior. Oceanpaw stood at his side through every moment, even protecting him from the other apprentices that teased him for crying so much. They reached to the rank "warrior" together, and Lionpelt confessed his love to Oceaneye, and also thanking her for what she had done. Lionpelt asked to be her mate, and without hesitation, Oceaneye said "Unless it bothers you, I would do anything, just for you."
