The buttons at the top that say '0B' or '1B' mean how long a sound will last. The buttons that say 'R' are rhythms. The bottom buttons change the type of instrument playing. The two boxes on the right corner change the volume. The left one changes the main volume while the right one changes the rhythm. You can change it using the plus and the minus or by using the arrow keys.
