I'm good. Below is what had happened. One day, i was browsing audio files to use in the Oakwood Research Facility, when i came across a file that was perfect, so i downloaded it (btw this was a site i used a lot). I noticed immediately that my computer and internet slowed down dramatically, and it was then that i realized that i downloaded a virus. my computer was tweaking, and i had a hard time running, opening, and coding scratch and other applications. i couldn't disable and delete it in Task Manager, even in safe mode, so i had one option left: Factory Reset. To prevent further damage and potential spread, i deleted ALL files: Images, Audio, Sprite files, and even Project Files. Luckily, my Google account was safe, and promptly had all passwords reset and changed. But without the files, i cant create scratch projects, so i will be gone for a while to reinstall Most Files by using the scratch projects i have put them in beforehand. The Malicious file wasn't used in a project so I'm safe from it now. but that's what happened. Again, don't worry, since i can still code and use scratch, but ALL, (yes, that unfortunately includes the Oakwood Research Facility's development) operations will halt until i have a sufficient amount of files for scratch projects to keep going.
