so I've decided on makeing an organized results that has a system that inactive users still get there follows but they have a completely different category called "inactive" and another category for the active users are called "active" I've made these 2 categories so that when I rank these and put what place they get, the inactive get follows and the active don't, only 50% of the people are active and 50% are inactive and pg's, please treat the first, seconth, and third place people in the inactive category as if they are active, meaning you follow them and the people in the active category, here are the results: active person third place: @potatocannons.
