Urchinclan Tournaments! Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that say warriors hunting is closed off for a section this week it doesn’t mean don’t hunt. I still heavily encourage y’all to hunt. It just doesn’t count towards this as of right now! Note: I’m trying for one more week. If it still doesn’t get much stuff going on I’ll try a roster ┄┄┄┄┄ 《 Table of Contents 》 I. Introduction II. Rules III. Ongoing tournaments IV. Forms V. Tracker VI. Timeline VII. Winners I. Introduction Hello cats of Urchinclan! Giltreverie is starting up the tournaments! Now what are the tournaments? Well they are competitions in which cats compete against each other in attempts to contribute the most to their clan each week. There will be several different sections in which your cat can compete. And I will rotate through them each week! Please note though, not all sections will be open at all times just to give it more variety! I will make sure that warriors and apprentices both have something to compete in each week though. The sections will be as follows: Warriors patrolling, apprentices patrolling, warriors hunting, and apprentices hunting. Sometimes I might combine them though and just do either hunting or border patrolling in general. I might eventually add in a section for weekly predators once I figure out how best to do that. What’s the basic mechanic for how it works? If you chose to compete that means that any threads you participate in that week you can report to me. At the end of the week I will count up the amount of threads and whoever has the most will be the winner. Well what about rewards? I will be drawing an icon for the winner(s) each week. Along with you will be gifted an unofficial accessory: fishing hooks! II. Rules ➢ Clearly you must follow all Generations rules ➢ Just in general please be polite! ➢ Don’t be a sore loser. ➢ Try to have all your threads in by Saturday. Cutoffs will be on Sunday. ➢ No guilt tripping! ➢ Threads must be done correctly! ◦ They have to have 6 comments at least not including the first comment from each person. ◦ In border patrols you have to be actually patrolling! This means that you need to be sniffing, making, tracking, chasing off intruders, etc. As stated in the border studio just talking to cats across the border is not patrolling! ◦ Same thing goes for hunting. If you aren’t hunting it isn’t gonna count! ➢ Idk how many cats have them, but I guess if you have UC hunting perms then you can compete. I see no reason why not. However you probably can’t compete in any of the safety stuff. ➢ Patrols done as a punishment do not count for this. ➢ Feel free to ask questions! III. Ongoing tournaments This is last minute but there is gonna be one this week! It’s gonna serve more as a test run lol, but I don’t want to wait till Sunday to start. ➢ Warriors patrolling All cats 12 moons and older are able to enter the competition for safety this week! ➢ Apprentices patrolling Cats ages 6-12 moons you are able to join the competition for safety this week! Timeline ➢ Final cutoffs are on Sunday! During these I will be closing comments and sorting through everything. The goal is to have it back open and reset the same day. Because of this please have your threads submitted by Saturday! ➢ Everyday I will try to do a short cutoff. {In which I’ll just post a comment and count up threads and add cats so I don’t have to do it all later} comments will stay open during this. Really it doesn’t change anything for you. Just separates up my work. ➢ I will try to have all art finished within a week! However there is a possibility of it taking longer if I’m busy.
