Rachel's POV: After I got to the end of the desert, I got off Ardi and told her, "Go on home girl, I hope to see you soon." She dove into the sand and started back to Gerudo Town. As for me, I continued on to Hyrule Castle. I walked for a few hours, and I found a herd of horses! They were beautiful! I snuck up on them carefully and then jumped onto one! She bucked for a bit, but I stayed on and eventually, she trusted me. I then went to the Outskirt Stable and registered her as Tempest, since she was so mysterious, powerful, and beautiful! ........................................................................................ As I kept riding, it was too quiet. There only seemed to be wildlife, trees, meadows, and some of the ancient shrines that Link visited while trying to find Princess Zelda a few years ago, they were so beautiful! I stopped for lunch, and made some Salt-Grilled Gourmet Meat and enjoyed that for dinner. It was delicious! I had never tasted anything quite like it. I set off again soon after, but it was getting dark. I kept going, until it was too dark to see, then I set up camp in a forest. As I was setting up my lean to tent, I spotted a beetle sitting on a tree, but I didn't recognize its vibrant yellow color. I carefully caught it, hoping to figure out what it was later. After I finished setting up my tent, I laid down and tried to fall asleep. Through the canopy of trees above me, I could see the star lit sky above me, it was such a beautiful sight! I looked at the stars for a while, then I dozed off and fell asleep. ........................................................................................ I awoke the next day to a man with a giant backpack standing over me. I leapt up and grabbed my spear, preparing to defend myself. He cowered and covered his face with his hands. "Who are you?!" I asked him. He replied, "Please don't hurt me!" I asked again, "Who are you?" He replied this time, "My name is Beedle. I am a wandering merchant." I lowered my spear, "Oh, I've heard about you before. Well, what do you want? It must have been important if you were standing over me waiting for me to wake up!" He said nervously, "I saw that you caught a Energetic Rhino beetle, and I wondered if I could have it." I looked at the beetle in the jar, and said, "You really want it that bad? It's just a bug." "No! Its one of the rarest beetles in Hyrule!" "Okay, if it means that much to you, you can have it." I handed him the jar and he did a little jig, and said, "Oh thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! And to repay you for such a kindness, I have a gift for you." "Oh, you don't have to give me anything." I replied. "No, I insist! Here, have this Hasty Elixir!" He then ran off, merrily, with his beetle. I must say, he is one of the oddest Hylians I have ever met. ........................................................................................ A few days later, I finally made it to Hyrule Castle. It was enormous! As I walked up the stone pathway, I saw Princess Zelda in one of the tower windows, she waved and disappeared, probably coming down to greet me. I continued walking up to the castle, but was then stopped by some guards. "Halt! What is your business here?" one of them asked me gruffly. "I am here by invitation of the Princess." "Do you have any proof of that?" "Well, no, but-" "Then you can't enter." I sighed and turned away, but then I heard a male voice behind me say, "Rachel, wait!" I turned around to see who it was, and it was a blond knight. "Yes?" I said cautiously. "Zelda told me about you coming." I heard this and froze, no knight ever calls the Princess just Zelda, its always your majesty or your highness, or Princess. "If you don't mind me asking, what is your name sir?" I asked him. He replied, "I am Link, guardian and friend of Princess Zelda." I was shocked! Link, the Link! I can't believe I was meeting him! Zelda walked outside at that moment and saw Link and I standing together and smiled. "I see you two have met." I nodded, too shocked to say anything. Zelda laughed at the expression on my face and said to us, "Come on you two, I think we have much to talk about."
