See inside. Scratch added a stupid update and they marked the red block as bug and you can't name a block as now. + The unamed block that appears half was also marked as bug. If you uname a block, all blocks on the block pallete will disappear and when removing the unamed define block, the block pallete will disappear. The way to fix this is seeing the project page and see inside.
