✪ . the bug championships ! 》gens kit / apprentice group ✧. ┊intro┊ .✧ ✪, Ever since Ren found Moon, the Apollo Butterfly, she's been extremely interested in the bugs of MossClan! As competitive as she is, she combined her love for bugs and contests - a bug competition! Any cats with pet bugs are encouraged to join! Find more below ^^ ✧. ┊how this works / how to join┊ .✧ ✪ So basically fill out a form here for the first "Round" of races, and claim an unofficial accessory that can be any bug you choose ^^ ✪ The bug championships work as two different brackets - one for the Slow Group, and one for the Fast Group - now, what's that? To make the races more realistic and make better sense, bugs will be sorted into the Slow or Fast group depending on their speed by me - I will research it. A worm wouldn't race against a butterfly in a fair race, so that's why this is in place. ^^ ✪ Now, the brackets - how does it work? Well, there are only 16 spots open for each group, and so the bracket will be completely even! First, there will be the first race, where all 16 match up against each other in pairs - then there will be 8 winners, which go on to the next race, going against each other in pairs - then there will be 4, who go against each other in pairs, then finally, there will only be 2 left, who compete for the champion! ✪ But how does the group itself work? Basically, once the Slow and Fast groups are filled, I'll make a race about every 4-7 days, with organized comments for you to reply to - let's say your bug is named Jeremy (idk bro </3), and Jeremy is racing against Tommy - there will be a comment saying "Jeremy vs Tommy" to keep it organized. Please please please reply to that!! The first person to get there will start the thread, so it's basically like a crp. Everyone will be pinged when the race starts, and who they're racing against, but I guess you can ping the other person ^^ Once both people have written 2 comments each, I will roll for you - be patient! It's a 50/50 chance :) ✧. ┊slots┊ .✧ SLOW GROUP ~ 0/16 FAST GROUP ~ 0/16 [ research and plan ahead! your application may be rejected if your bug is, say, a worm and all the slots in the slow group are full - you can claim another bug accessory, though, so don't worry ! ] ✧. ┊sign-up form┊ .✧ character's name / bug's name and species / thread of claiming the bug accessory - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
