Treaty of Cairo proposal: -A constitutional monarchy is introduced to Egypt, the monarchy remains in Egypt but elections also occur. -A joint Saudi Arabian - German Suez region is established. This area will remain de-militarized unless emergency situations and will function like a semi-dependent autonomous nation. -Egypt will formally cede the Hala'ib triangle to Sudan, and is offered to annex Bir Tawil (if they reject, it would become a Saudi air base). -All beligerents of the Nile war will cooperate to pay compensations to the new Egyptian government. -Egypt will remain under UICA protection against foreign invasions for the next 10 years.
