Use arrow keys to evade Sans' attacks. When your health reaches 0 for the first time, you revive smaller and faster. Use E to use Integrity, sometimes you can ram into bones to negate damage. After using Integrity, you have to wait 15 seconds. 1. (Note that if Integrity is on if you die once, it might not go smaller as said) 2. (Sans does stand on the box, I know)
