First time ever making Minecraft mob concepts! No fish since the other guy submitted two good ones already. There are two amphibians which could be put in the reptile, or, now more accurately, herptile category. Note none of these are drawn to scale. 1. Albanerpeton: An amphibian mostly known from the Cretaceous but is also present during the Paleogene and Neogene. Similar in appearance and lifestyle to lungless salamanders, which includes sporting a ballistic tongue. 2. Titanomyrma: The world's largest ant. Remember these from Walking with Beasts? The blue lines in my concept are wings on the princess/queen. I forgot to make a dorsal view of it. 3. Spea labraea: The recently described La Brea spadefoot toad. Just a guy. 4. Ueloca colemanorum: Another recent description. Closely related to leatherback sea turtles, but notably lacks the ridges along its back that are characteristic of leatherbacks and extinct members of the leatherback genus (Dermochelys). 5. Palaeophis: This guy might be underrated, but just barely so. What's not to love about a giant sea snake? My drawing is a quite short in length just to fit it on the page, however. Concepts drawn by myself for @JPBHstudios 's contest.
