Found this at a garage sale near me, they where selling a lot of "new" toys, mostly Chinafakes, and there was this. Made by World Tronic in 2016. This was most likely inspired by Dazzle Dance Robot by Yearlo, and is the only dual hand propeller type step-it that Word Tronic is known to have done, as well as it has LEDs on the legs which is also unique, it also has a blue varient which i own but the one i have is some sort of Russian OEM varient. This uses a simplified version of the Dazzle mechanism, and something i did notice is that the propellers dont use springs, so they have very high torque, but if you stop one of them the entire mechanism locks.
