SUGGESTIONS FOR THE THIRD TIME! I know its weird, but PMRC somehow feels really empty at the moment despite all of the ghosts and characters coming to the game. So first off, read the introduction message in the project and then read the rules below! RULES FOR ENEMIES: You must explain the enemy's gimmick. All new enemies for PMRC have to have a gimmick to make them interesting. RULES FOR PLAYABLE CHARACTERS: Your suggested playable character must have a set speed (Options for speed are: No speed, Slow, Normal, Fast or Hyper) and a gimmick to counter that speed, which can be either positive or negative depending if they're really fast. This is to make gameplay more fun. RULES FOR BOTH: You must state if the characters you suggest are playable characters or enemies so it does not cause confusion. You must also state if the characters (enemy or not) should be in a pack. This, of course, is optional. There will be an example of how a submission will look like inside the project.
here's my sub i guess if your still taking submissions he's inspired by a drawing I made of the dsaf 2 phone guy
