A lot of people have disrespect or disregard for LGBT people. Now, let me ask you one thing: can you control if you are male or female? I'm sure the answer is no, you cannot control that. Now, if you were born liking the male body, male attributes, it dosen't matter if you are born male or female. If you were born female, you are considered hetrosexual, or straight. If you were born male, you are considered gay. If you were born liking the female body, female attributes, it dosen't matter if you are born male or female. If you were born male, you are considered hetrosexual. If you were born female, you would be considered lesbian. So, the root of all homophobia is sexism: going back to the old days when all the men had the power. They are judging someone's sexual orientation based on their sex. If someone is attracted to one gender, their gender determines if they are gay/lesbian or straight. Many people disrespect LG because, if we go in deep, because of their sex. Is this fair? Many people respect men and women the same, yet they think they are homophobic. Is this possible? Think it over. Share your opinion in the comments. #ReconsiderHomophobia Here's the point (for ppl who don't understand): The point is that if Homophobia is possible, because in technicality you are born with a gene and that determines which sex you are attracted to. People cannot control that. They cannot control if they are born male or female. But, if a person born attracted to the male sex is born male, they are considered gay and shunned. So, this DT questions whether homophobia is really possible, or if homophobia is based off sexim, the act of sexists, or judging one's personality by what sex they are born.
