Here's some Lore drop on Nightshade's Eye: When she was Really young, She got beat up by an Iron Golem really hard and her (used to be normal) eye was bleeding out. After hiding out for what seemed like a day and a half, Some Endermen found her and took her carefully to The End. Her eye was healed but came at the cost of it being inverted. Her entire family shoved her away from living with them and she got banished to the Overworld (The Regular Minecraft World with Grass). Now in present years, Her eye has always remained covered ever since.
