The Holy Alatrian Empire has declared war on Madrid (we've always called you that and are too lazy to change the name so oh well) to finalize our 3rd and last duel. Alatri doesn't plan on defending Madrid's enemies in the war but if said enemies try and pass through their territory brute force intervention and a 3rd party will be made. Alatri has gotten much stronger since it's last war with Madrid and has been rapidly rebuilding and has been labeled a "industrial powerhouse" by the Toad empire. Alatri has been placing footholds in Malaaca Incursion against the COTBS and have been learning new techniques to use against Madrid and other enemies because of it. This won't be an easy war for Madrid. Alatri is watching "Like a Hawk"...
