To leave the room, students simply scan their ID cards at the terminal and select their destination, which instantly activates a live tracking timer. The software automatically records exact departure and return timestamps, calculating the total duration of the student's absence without interrupting the lesson. By automating this process, the system saves valuable instruction time and eliminates ongoing paper supply costs for schools. It directly addresses the issue of students intentionally wandering or skipping class by holding them accountable for their time away. Furthermore, the dashboard provides teachers and administrators with an instant, real-time view of exactly who is out of the room and where they went.
