This locomotive was one of the requested small tender engines. The 417R or 'The Sky o' England' or 'Old Sky o' England'. Was made after the class 417. This locomotive was not requested specifically, however a caledonian small tender engine was.. and well this was the locomotive made. This engine originally was going to be a scrapped idea, but one of the managers insisted on making it. A great idea. After it was done, the sky was cloudless and it's color matched the elegance of the livery, even though this livery is standard the circumstances made workers inclined to give it a nickname in relation to it. As before the locomotive was steamed up, the sky was dark and cloudy, but as soon as the fire was lit, the clouds vanished. As for tonage and other stuff, this locomotive can haul about 70 tons comfortably, up to 80 stressfully. It's max speed is 65 mph, but it is very reliable. Capable of passengers and freight. The elegance makes me thing it would be better for passengers. As for the whistle system, it sounds exactly like No. 36. That was done one purpose, as the whistle that originally was going to be attached was made in correctly, so the alternatives were, make another, or reuse an already made whistle. Now, every so often, if blasted just right, it will squeak, not for too long though.
