Flipside: tap to flip gravity and fall to the other wall. Don't hit anything. You're a small orb in an endless corridor. Red spikes, slabs and spinning blades are out to get you, amber gems are worth collecting, and the teal hexagon is a one-hit shield. The run only ends when you crash. CONTROLS - Click / tap, Space, Up, Down, W or S: flip gravity (also starts and restarts) - You can flip again mid-air to change your mind - P or the pause button: pause - L: leaderboard (title screen and results) - M or the speaker button: sound - Click during the Linear Labs intro to skip it WHAT'S WORTH KNOWING - Blades sweep the whole corridor. Cross behind them, not in front. - Flipping early is safer than flipping late. - Chain gems without a gap and your multiplier climbs to x4. If the bar empties, it resets. - Every 250 m the scenery changes (Dawn, Ember, Glacier, Nightfall) and the game speeds up. - A thin amber line marks how far you got last time. - Score is metres plus gem points. Medals at 300, 800, 1600 and 3000. LEADERBOARD Your score is posted automatically when a run ends. Open the board any time with the LEADERBOARD button or the L key. The board shows the top 8 players, one entry per player (their best score). Names can be up to 20 characters. Scores are only posted when you are logged in to Scratch and the project is shared. Otherwise you'll see your local rank only.
Made by LinearLabs. All art, sound effects and music were made from scratch for this project (no assets copied from other projects). Runs at 30 fps. Works in the Scratch editor; also runs great in TurboWarp. UPDATE 1: Leaderboard was not working; fixed it by making refresh rate faster
